Day 1: Assessment
Marlene will:
- Observe staff selling in your establishment
- Meet business owner to discuss Day 2 Workshop
- Get to know each team member, and their needs
- Further customize Day 2 Workshop, if necessary
Who should attend:
Owner, manager(s), anyone attending the Day 2 workshop (if possible)
Day 2: Basic Selling Principles
What you will learn:
- Exceptional Customer Service
- How to communicate effectively (verbal and non-verbal communication skills)
- What it takes to go from average to exceptional
- The steps of a sales transaction
- How to follow-up after the sale
- What a smooth sales presentation should look like
Who should attend:
Everyone and anyone who wants to increase their sales skills and bottom line. This workshop can be for small or large groups or one on one. For those advanced in selling skills, this workshop is a great motivational refresher.
Day 3: Premier Workshop: Interactional role-play scenarios
What you will learn:
- How to overcome obstacles and challenges in a sales transaction
- How to think quickly on your feet
- How to put into practice all skills learned in Day 2 Workshop
- How to perfect your sales presentation
Who should attend:
Prerequisite- Day 2 Workshop and an 8 attendee maximum. This Workshop is for those who are more advanced in their selling skills and/or those that have been selling for awhile, and want to improve their selling techniques. This course will increase your sales and confidence. You will be challenged, and walk away inspired to go beyond your preconceived limits.
Day 4: Follow-up: You and Marlene selling in your environment
What you will learn:
- You will put into practice what you learned in Day 2 and Day 3 Workshops. Marlene will show you, in a positive way, what you need to "tweak"
- You will be able to watch Marlene work with your customers, by team selling with you.
- How to give your customer a great experience, how to book appointments (if applicable), how to clientele, how to get repeat business and referrals.
Note: Marlene recommends you book an event or some other activity to ensure customers will be present for this day.
Who should attend:
Prerequisite- Day 1 and Day 2 Workshops
A 1 and 3 month conference call with Marlene to answer any questions, and to track progress made.
Day 5 Workshop:
Marlene offers this Workshop 6 months after any of the Workshops as a follow-up to address any additional obstacles/ challenges, re-energize your team and to assess if newly learned practices are successfully being utilized.
