If you have a large group attending the Day 2 Workshop (30+ attendees), Marlene will need to use a microphone and prefers a lavalier microphone.
Marlene will need an LCD projector and screen for a PowerPoint presentation.
Room Set-Up
Marlene does not use a podium as she prefers to mingle with the guests.
Please make sure the tables are not set too closely together and allow a comfortable amount of space to move between them. If possible, Marlene prefers to have the room set in crescent rounds for larger groups.
Please place 2 tables in the front of the room - 1 for the LCD projector and another for the presentation materials.
Please provide an extension cord long enough to reach from an outlet in the front of the room to where the LCD projector will be placed and with the availability to plug in multiple plugs. This will need to be taped to the floor to avoid anyone tripping over the cord.
Please provide all attendees with paper and pens/ pencils for note-taking.
